Information Collected While Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

Location Data (Foreground and Background)

Our application is designed to facilitate real-time delivery services, which requires the collection of location data. We collect location data under two distinct conditions:

  • While Using the App (Foreground): For all users, we may request access to your location to provide features such as finding nearby restaurants, calculating delivery fees, and displaying your address on a map when placing an order. This functionality is limited to when the app is actively open and visible on your screen.
  • In the Background (For Drivers Only): For users operating in "Driver Mode," Traiigo collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use. This background location access is a core feature essential for:
    • Real-Time Delivery Tracking: Allowing customers and restaurant staff to view the driver's location on a map during an active delivery.
    • Order Assignment: Enabling our system to efficiently assign new, nearby delivery orders to available drivers.
    • Safety and Support: Assisting our support team in locating drivers in case of an emergency during a delivery.
    Important: Background location tracking is only active when you explicitly enable "Driver Mode" within the application. You can disable this mode at any time to stop the collection of background location data. The collection of this data is strictly limited to the purposes mentioned above and is critical for the driver functionality of the Service.
Pictures and Other Information from your Device's Camera and Photo Library

We request access to your camera and photo library to allow you to upload a profile picture and, for drivers, to upload necessary verification documents (such as ID and driver's license). This information is stored securely and is used solely for account verification and identification purposes within the Service.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide and maintain our Service
  • Manage your Account and registration
  • Perform contractual obligations and manage transactions
  • Communicate updates, offers, and information
  • Respond to your requests and inquiries
  • Facilitate business transfers and restructuring
